Frequently Asked Questions
Where is my tracking number?
It is emailed to you the moment your order ships, and it also appears in My Account › Orders. Check your spam folder if you cannot find the email.
Can I change my order after approving the proof?
Once printing starts we cannot change the artwork, size or material. Contact support right away and we will help if the order has not gone to press.
My order says delivered but it has not arrived.
Carriers sometimes scan a package as delivered a few hours early. If it does not arrive by the next business day, contact us with your order number and we will investigate.
How long does production take?
Most orders ship within a few business days of proof approval. Rush printing moves your order to the front of the queue and ships the next business day.
