1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website and the products and printing services offered through it. “We”, “us” and “our” mean [Legal Entity], trading as Sticker Graphi. “You” means the person or business accessing the website or placing an order.

By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, and able to enter a binding contract. If you order on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

3. Your Account

You may need an account to place orders or track them. Saved artwork and order details let you reorder quickly; please check that saved artwork and details are still correct before reordering. You must give accurate and current information, keep your login details confidential, and are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at support@stickergraphi.com if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend or close accounts that contain false information or breach these Terms.

4. Products and Services

We offer custom-printed stickers, labels, and related products. Product descriptions, colours, and images are provided as a guide. Screen colours vary, and printed colours may differ slightly from what you see on a monitor or in a proof. Minor variations in size, colour, and cut position are normal in printing.

Business and Bulk Orders

Customers ordering through our “For Businesses” service or in bulk may be offered custom quotes, pricing, or terms. Where a written quote or agreement conflicts with these Terms, the written quote or agreement applies to that order.

Regulated Products (CBD, Cannabis, Food, and Similar Labels)

If you order labels for regulated products such as CBD, cannabis, food, or beverages, you are solely responsible for making sure the label content, warnings, ingredients, claims, and licensing comply with all laws that apply to you. We print what you approve and do not review labels for legal compliance. You confirm your business is lawfully operating and licensed where required.

5. Artwork and Customer Materials

  • You are responsible for supplying artwork, logos, text, and designs (“Artwork”) that meet our file requirements. We accept PNG, PDF, AI, and JPG files up to [100 MB]. Our art team and a real person review each file for print quality, sizing, and setup before printing, but this review does not replace your own responsibility to check content, spelling, colours, and legal compliance.
  • You confirm that you own the Artwork or have all rights and permissions needed for us to reproduce it, and that it does not infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, or other rights, is not defamatory, and complies with the law.
  • You keep ownership of your Artwork. You give us a limited, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, and modify it only as needed to produce and deliver your order and provide our services.
  • We are not responsible for spelling, design, or content errors in Artwork you approve. Please check your proof carefully before approving.
  • You agree to indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your Artwork, including intellectual property claims.

6. Content We Can Refuse

We may refuse, cancel, or stop any order or Artwork at our discretion, without giving a reason. We will not print content that promotes violence or hatred against people based on characteristics such as race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, caste, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, immigration status, or veteran status, or content that is unlawful, threatening, or sexually explicit. If we cancel an order for these reasons, you will receive a refund of any amount paid, less costs already incurred where permitted by law.

7. Orders, Proofs, and Cancellations

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it or start production.
  • We send you a free digital proof. Production begins only after you approve it.
  • You may change or cancel your order any time before you approve your proof. After approval the order enters production and cannot be changed or cancelled.

8. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are shown at checkout and may change at any time. Prices exclude taxes and shipping unless stated.
  • If you are exempt from sales tax, upload a valid certificate in your account (“Tax Certificates”) before you order. We may reject certificates that are incomplete, expired, or invalid, and you are responsible for any tax owed if an exemption is later disallowed.
  • You authorise us to charge your chosen payment method the total shown, including applicable taxes and shipping. We may verify funds when you place the order and take final payment when you approve your proof.
  • Payments are handled by third-party processors. We accept [Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, add or remove as applicable].
  • We may correct pricing errors, even after an order is placed, and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
  • You must provide accurate billing details and keep them up to date.

Promotions and Discount Codes

Discount codes (such as site-wide sale codes, first-order email offers, and referral rewards) are valid only for the period and products stated, cannot be combined unless we say so, have no cash value, and cannot be applied to orders that have already been placed. Sample packs and referral rewards are subject to the terms shown when you request or claim them. We may withdraw or change any promotion at any time and may cancel orders placed using codes obtained or used improperly.

9. Production and Delivery

  • Production times start when you approve your proof, not when you place the order. Where rush printing is available on selected products, your order will be printed and ready to ship 1 business day after proof approval. Rush timing does not include transit time, and it does not apply to every product or quantity. Large or complex orders may take longer. All other dates are estimates, not guarantees.
  • We ship to businesses and customers within [the United States / list countries].
  • You can follow your order using our Order Status page or the tracking details we email you.
  • We deliver to the address you provide. Please make sure it is complete and correct, as we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete details.
  • Check your delivery on arrival and report any damage or shortage to support@stickergraphi.com promptly.
  • Risk of loss passes to you when the order is handed to the carrier, except where the law says otherwise. If an order is returned to us because it was not collected or could not be delivered, we may refund the product price but not shipping costs.

10. Returns, Reprints, and Refunds

Because every order is custom-printed to your approved proof, we generally cannot accept returns or give refunds for change of mind, ordering the wrong size, quantity, or material, or mistakes in Artwork you approved. If there is a problem that is our fault, such as a defective, damaged, or incorrect order, we will make it right with a reprint or a refund under our satisfaction guarantee.

11. Acceptable Use of the Website

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading.
  • Use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to collect data, or copy or reverse-engineer the site’s code.
  • Interfere with the website’s security or operation, or upload viruses or harmful code.
  • Impersonate another person or access another user’s account.
  • Use the site to advertise or sell competing goods or services, or resell our content.
  • Harass or threaten our staff or other users.

We may monitor the site, remove content, and suspend or block access (including by IP address) to protect the site and our users.

12. Reviews and Submissions

If you post a review, comment, or feedback, you confirm it is honest, based on your own experience, lawful, and free from hate speech, profanity, or misleading claims. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and adapt it for our business. We may remove or edit any submission at our discretion and are not responsible for user-posted content. Ideas and suggestions you send us may be used without compensation.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, product names, and design, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep all copyright notices. You may not copy, distribute, or use our name, logo, or other marks without our written permission.

Copyright complaints: If you believe content on our site infringes your copyright, email support@stickergraphi.com with your contact details, a description of the work and where the material appears, a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorised, and a statement that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.

14. Third-Party Links and Services

Our website may link to third-party sites or use third-party tools. We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their content, policies, or actions. Use them at your own risk.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website and services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except as stated in our Return & Refund Policy. We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, products, or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant order in the [6] months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, such as liability for fraud or your statutory consumer rights.

17. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your Artwork, your breach of these Terms, or your misuse of the website or products.

18. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, strikes, pandemics, government action, supply chain or carrier disruption, power or network failures, and cyber attacks.

19. Electronic Communications

By using the website and placing orders, you consent to receive notices, order confirmations, and other communications from us electronically, and agree that these satisfy any legal requirement for written communication.

20. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the website or cancel your account at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms or misuse of the site. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as intellectual property, indemnity, and limitation of liability) survive termination.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the website after changes means you accept them. Orders already placed are governed by the Terms in force when you placed them.

22. General

  • Entire agreement: These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the full agreement between you and us about your use of the website.
  • Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the rest remain in effect.
  • No waiver: Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
  • Assignment: You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may assign ours to a successor.
  • Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of [Governing Law/Jurisdiction], and courts in [Jurisdiction] have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer protections where you live.
